National archery club giving free gear?
alright look i dont know anything about this all i know is that 1 random person i met asked me if i like archery i said yes but i cant afford the gear anymore and he said something about the NAC (national archery club) giving out free bows to the youth (i.e. me). does anyone know anything about this if so please do tell!
What country are you from? If US, you might be thinking about the NAA or National Archery Association. There is a program run by the NAA, called CAP for College and I forgot the one for high school. They don’t actually hand out the equipment to the archer, they give equipment to school teams. So, if you’re interested, form a team at your school, contact a coach in your area and get a program going. The people handing out the equipment actually works for ESDF, Easton Sports Development Foundation. The guy in charge is Robert Hanson.
The one club I know of that had gotten equipment is Loyola Marymount in LA. Soon as their team was formed, equipment start to pour in, bows, arrows, targets, stabilizers, everything you need.
